Although it does sound that he's almost done actually. It just won't be before the season premier like the rumours were saying. Could be end of the year or early next. At this point, it doesn't matter because the quality of the show has taken a serious nose dive without having book material to make important decisions.

I seriously hope we see less of Daenerys, her story is just not as interesting anymore, taking up too much screen time - come to think of it, her narrative went downhill soon as Khal Drogo died.
