BRUSSELS, France — Standard Liege's Belgian international Steven Defour and France's Eliaquim Mangala have both signed five year contracts with FC Porto, the Brussels daily Le Soir reported on Sunday.

The Belgian club will receive 13 million euros for the two transfers - six million for midfielder Defour and seven million for defender Mangala - the newspaper reported.

Defour, 23 and capped 30 times, arrived at Liege in 2006 and was Belgian champion in 2008 and 2009, winning the Belgium Cup last season.

French youth international Mangala, 20, joined the club in 2008, and had been targetted by clubs including Spanish outfit Valencia.

That price is f*ck*ng bargain from what ive seen of him

Hes just gonna shower down there and cost a prem team 20mills in couple years

The way Fergie loves him means he must have big plans for Pogba and Morrision to pass up on him
