Quick weight gain

I came into hospital at circa 11 stone, 2 pounds.

I leave now and just under 10 stone, like 9 stone 10-11 pounds which is crazy.

I need to make up this weight asap tbh I feel feeble and I'm weary to go gym, running or even ride my motorbike.

I need tips besides the usual bulking stuff are there any supplements that are known to be very effective?

get some protein powder and whack a load of oats and fruit in a blender with it, i imagine ur stomach's a bit tender right now so i'd avoid all the 'mucle builder' type powders that have a ton of creatine and god knows what else thrown in there

I was being sarcastic bro - take on lots of water and herbal tea and get fibre in you and build your diet up, you are naturally going to be thinner after a hospital stay but you can't put your health after your appearance.

Being deprived of carbs and then taking on lots will cause you to crash, it's not a good idea trying to make weight-gain a priority after what you've been through. Eat healthy and get lots of water - eat a lot if that is what you feel hungry enough to do, but don't try and bulk yet.

eat lts of meat no homo

have steaks and loads f grilled chicken

generally just get back into the groove of eating again and yur body will respond, take it slow at 1st like maybe just aim for 3 solid meals with snacks in between.

drink lots of fluids too otherwise digestion will be a madness

I'm sure I've put on a good amount of weight

Rice, bread, potatoes and pasta that's all I eat.

Will weight myself when I next find a scale.

Still cant go gym though my arm is still hurting after the doctors destroyed my veins from overuse of the canular, but meh I'm too busy for it anyway.

Been jogging once weekly though, don't want stomach fat.

Eat chicken breast, steak mince/steak and tuna,

sweet potatoes, oats, brown rice, pasta

lots of it

forget weight gain powders, make your own. 2 scoops of protein, 2 scoops of oats and blend that fucker

Do 2 heavy power days and two days bodybuilding style training

As for supplements:

Creatine

protein

testosterone (if you're regularly low on energy/sex drive)

Routine that put on the most muscle mass for me:

Monday: upper body power

Tuesday: lower body power

weds: rest or some bodyweight stuff

thurs: back/shoulders

fri: chest and arms
