tricep helpppppp

Thanks for that man.

Going to incorporate some of those into my routine and try and go harder.

Also, is doing triceps twice a week too much? I do them currently on the same day that I do chest but I'm thinking whether or not to do them twice because my triceps are lacking a lot compared to my triceps.

i can easily do 3 sets of 20 dips but im no gym guru so forgive my terminology

but if these are a problem there are several exercises you can do which work triceps such as close grip pressups,pressups in general, the dips off a bench, lifting a dumbell overhead whilst supporting the tricep with the other arm...

edit or as seen in some videos above

also dips does not isolate the triceps so a certain amount of mechanical capability in other areas and especially pectoral muscles is necessary. this is why the pecs and triceps are grouped together because several exercises have a mutual reliance. pulldowns are great for isolating triceps though

also height has nothing to do with it, maybe the 6 5 guy had focused on other body parts

also em dott you will have to clarify where you mean to say biceps in that sentence. twice a week is not too much but i suppose it depends on wht yr program is, also triceps should be stronger than biceps,but thats partly imo

i'm 6ft 5 and strong and i struggle with dips...dips with just my body weight ent too bad but with added weight like most people use i find it very hard.

along with push ups... Don't worry about what weight you can do etc etc just get the technique right first
