Nathan Ake

Very talented CB poached at 15 by Chelsea

Karim Rekik

Another sick young dutch CB, poached by Man City, formed at a sick partnership with dutch team mate Terrance Kongolo

Jeffery Bruma

Again poached by Chelsea a couple years ago, has a vast amount of potential

Leroy Fer

A quality box to box player, who imo has a very bright future at international and club level, playing style is a bit similar to Viera. Was signed by Twente this summer for only 5 million euros

Kyle Ebecilio

Signed for Arsenal last summer, another quality young midfielder produced by their academy at the age of 16 for just 500k compensation.

Luc Castaignos

Another greezey player at youth team, moved to Inter Milan this summer for only 4 million Euros

Georginio Wijnaldum

20 year old attacking midfielder snapped up by PSV this summer for 5million euros yet again

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

They still have a couple quality young players left but I doubt it will long before they are snapped up by bigger clubs, if they could have kept each of those players for 3/4 more years, they would be looking at a very hefty profit and some very very good first team players.

Stefan de Vrij

Is another young defender with sick potential, has been linked with Arsenal in the past but nothing materialised.

Terence Kongolo

Another CB who I mentioned at the top of the page for partnering Rekik for the dutch youth team, will be playing for a top 10 team in the world in about 5/6 years if he doesn't lose his head.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Uefa needs to start offering some more protection to teams like this, hopefully they can keep churning out players with potential similar to this crop because a lot of them have disgusting potential.

Feyenoord are yet to receive any approaches for reported Premier League target Stefan de Vrij, according to the Eredivisie club's technical director Martin van Geel.

Several top-flight clubs, including Aston Villa,spacer.gifEvertonspacer.gif andNewcastle, spacer.gif are thought to be chasing the highly-rated Dutch starlet, who is contracted in Rotterdam until 2014 after signing a new deal last season.

However, Sky Sports reported earlier this week De Vrij looks set to snub a move to the Premier League in favour of staying for at least one more season at De Kuip.

And Van Geel says Feyenoordspacer.gif are yet to be approached over the 20-year-old defender.

He told RTV Rijnmond: "Nobody has yet been in touch over De Vrij.

"You never know. There will always be rumours. Until September 1st the transfer window is open and the unrest will undoubtedly continue."

Meanwhile, Feyenoord are hoping former player Luc Castaignos will rejoin the club on loan from Inter Milanspacer.gif next season.

Liverpoolspacer.gif and top-flight new-boys West Ham have also been linked with the striker and Van Geel is waiting for news from Inter but says signing the 19-year-old is still a possibility.

"Luc Castaignos is still an option," he added. "We hope there will be some clarity next week.

"We'll see if Inter wants to loan him. Luc is keen and so are we. Then we'll see if it's financially possible.

"In any case, the ball is in Inter's court."

from when they are picking up 4 and 5 million for these youth team players i don't think they're too pissed,

the ones where they only get a pittance bit of compensation might piss them off a little more.

as has already been said anyway, its part of the footballing food chain, only two teams in the world can really rest easy in terms of this happening, as to one of them it just doesn't happen when they don't want it to, (Real) and the other just gets the players back when they are more experienced and bette to have around, (Barca)
