your muscles dont go down as if it shrinks in size,

its not just that alone that happens.

it could be your diet that contributes to rapid muscle loss

or the way you train your triceps or both.

shock your tris by mixing up sets different to what you do now

train them 2x a week, or 3 x

do different things that dont overtrain them and you should get better results

this also happens if you are just never consistent with gym...and go good for 2 months then stop for 3
