We should bring Alcations into UK prisons, I like the concept of blind folding them so they have no sense of environment, also how they never leave a cell, even exercise in a cell with no sunlight but the ceiling is open to inspection.

Like the camera idea aswell, make it hard for UK prisoners to do anything, from sex to making weapons.
