Anyone understand QoS settings?

I've got two other housemates and they're hogging bandwidth; I just wanna play FIFA

Been looking into what I can do and it turns out I'm lucky enough to have a router with QoS

Problem is after weeks of trial and error I've not been able to figure it out

My aim is to go on Xbox live without the lag/ gain priority over their downloads

Anyone understand what I'm meant to enter and where in the settings?

real life pain

I was able to improve the situation but not completely get rid of the lag I was experiencing
