Wenger want's to prove people he was right about Theo in that he could replace Henry.

Wenger's biggest problem he's too loyal, he feels that he owes his players a chance.

He needs to realize that these players will and have left in a heartbeat without caring about his time and patience.

Bite the bullet and if they aren't cutting it after 18 months don't feel you have to give them time just let them go to pastures new even when they are young it's best they are given a chance to develop under a new regime.

Not everyone is suited to Wenger's ways and he must realize that, stop forcing players into his philosophy that can't cut it because it will be too late for the likes of Walcott to go improve and learn a new trade.

Arsenal face being blown out of the water by Premier League rivals in their attempts to secure Theo Walcott to a new deal.

Walcott comes off contract in June and so far has resisted all efforts from Arsenal to secure his signature to a new deal.

TMW says Walcott has now decided to leave Arsenal after fielding offers from Manchester City and Chelsea.

Both clubs are proposing more than double Arsenal's last offer.
