IMO he ain't got the speed for it. His strong point has always been his start and drive phase then he tries to maintain. His start isn't good enough to get him that far up to compensate for his lack of a finish to run 9.6 NO WAY.

Only men talented enough to run that are Bolt Tyson Blake and Powell atm.
