I'm strictly NO RAW ONIONS. will have everything else, but I don't know why kebab shops keep the onions raw, should have them fried like a hot dog stand

Chicken & Lamb Shish, onions, chilli's, cabbage with a little lettuce, lots of chilli sauce and a little garlic sauce. Pitta to be separate so no sogginess occurs.

Love raw onion on kebab, cooked wouldn't be the same. No one expects to have pretty breath after a good kebab.

I don’t mind gherkins. Only thing I take out is tomatoes

The thing is I like tomatoes and will use them if I’m making something like a pasta sauce from scratch but...
