Wrong name is fine, when I was first with my woman she called me her ex's name a few times, and occasionally calls me one of her brothers names or vice versa, it's no biggie really a lot of the time when I go to say her name my ex is on the tip of my tongue (no toney)

 

Unlesss it happens during sex or all the time it's cool

 

If it was a workmate I'd just ask who they are and say be careful
