Its more to keep them healthy and shaped good, as opossed to having bunions etc. Correctly washing yourself has no bearing on how the shape of your nails are

i made sure i followed instructions. I used the mild one as well...

try it and see though coz some ppl swear by it. It might work for you.

Yea you gotta be stingy with the time, I wouldn't leave it more than 10-12 mins but you will clock it.

I think that's what Marvell means but in a plastic form, but aslong as you don't have a lot of spots on the skin that will glide.
