I think it's more to do with the sun tbh. Our skin needs it, and we just don't get it over here.

In manny water is soft and I don't notice any dfference between my skin when I'm there or in London or any other part of the country.

african man dem in general have smooth unblemished skin

Its to do with the water over here.

The hard water is not good for the skin.

Lather from soap doesn't wash off properly.

The food they eat over there is rich in nutrients, Good weather

It all adds up.

I notice when I travel out for holidays my skin seems blemish free.

There is one black soap that my gran used ot make. Its from natural stuff. Its quite common in west africa . I can't remember the name. But that sh*t works wonders.

my boy started to get them dirty razor bumps you see the aff uncles have at the back of his head

i will do anything in my power to prevent this

even stop getting the sexy fades if i must

any ideas?

Let your hair grow out, bushman style. As bumps are basically ingrown hairs curling back into the skin and new skin healing over it as shaving with blade is taking off layers of skin.

And worsened by shaving again, taking off newly formed skin as it hasnt had time time heal and locks in those ingrowns as black folks hair curls by default. (vicious cycle til your left with some toad looking neckback or front)

So let it grow out, worse case you can use a twizzer to pull random stubbon ingrowns (or get someone else to do it). should reduce if not clear your average shaving bumps. And maybe use more hair oil for prevention? britisih climate dont suit our hair dries out quicker (dunno bout them serious hammer time bumps though, too far gone? beyond help?)

Same applies to neck shaving bumps too.
