Why these man that played top level so low down the leagues tho

Interesting point.

I had a quick look to see where the merrygoround of managers started their careers.

Allardyce, Pulis, Pardew started in League 2.

Hughes got the Wales job like Giggs did, I guess on the account of them being Welsh legends.

If Giggs does ok it should be a door to a Prem job tbh.

Chris Coleman got the Fulham job in Prem as his 1st but I guess he was just retiring as a Fulham player.

Seems to be a case of luck/reputation to get a top job quickly.

A few managers get lucky by being a number 2 when the manager gets sacked and taking over temporarily.

Darren Moore (black) is caretaker of West Brom now, if he does decent then he will make a case for himself, hope he does.

Maybe Jimmy should think ahead and be a number 2/coach in his next role.

Mourinho Jr.

I don't rate Allegri either too much of the same shit.

What you think would happen with Sarri?

If could work .

If he does the same formation he uses now (insigne, callejon, Dries Mertens) with Hazard, Morata & a new signing.
