Furniture/Home Tred

Recommended Posts

Need to kit out a flat, anyone know of any cool places to get nice things at decent prices. I know about Zara Home, Made.com and Ikea but any others? Even second hand pieces that are cool. I want bean bags and cool stuff like that, and a coffee table.

Post items plz

TK Maxx - You've got to search around and make regular visits but real gems pop up.

eBay for second hand furniture, I got a decent coffee table barely used for £40.

Matalan and Asda for bits and bobs if your on a budget, Zara home have beautiful stuff but will burn your pocket quickly for basics you can get half price elsewhere.

it is useless for me to post this, but when a few of my friends moved into a new flat, they pretty much went through this list and found some special stuff. took them several trips out, and I reckon most is on designer level prices, but they filtered through it all and found a lot of good cheap stuff. generally when i buy homeware i tend to hit the smaller shops. long hard searches on ebay as well!

edit. it seems that list is poor tbh. i think there were others then. ill try find out some names of the best ones.

I'm in the middle of re-doing my room. Gonna get rid of the XXXXXL leather bean bag and just get one of those super beds like Shaq has.
