EATING MEAT

I think people can go too far with certain diets, everything in moderation.. if its gonna be a lifetime thing.

Every few years theres a new epidemic and every should eat more/less of X, your best to find out what works for YOU and what portions of the food groups works best for your body and health.

you don't think this a topical subject which is only going to become more and more relevant to everyone in this world?

putting this into context, there's a significant monetary prize up for grabs right now to any scientist that can come up with a way of 'creating' a meat equivalent to feed us all with.

Have you Soya protein burgers?

Linda McCartney quarter pounders are gorgeous.

What hes on about is 'in vitro meat', basically real meat made in a lab.

I wouldn't eat lab grown chicken flesh, f that.

Soya burgers are basically made with soya protein isolated, so protein from a veg source which tastes like real meat, that is the future.

I don't eat too much meat myself not a massive fan and i feel eventually i could phase it out. However at this craven stage of my life i couldn't imagine life without

those meat based meals i love eg. curry goat, lasagne, chicken & rice etc... I do love fish as well tho so we'll see.

I stopped eating eggs. I stopped drinking cows milk i replaced it with rice milk or oat milk.

allow cheese and dairy too but in new York i gave in to the margarita pizzas.

kind of backwards that i font eat egg considering i ate some chicken breast, but even that is a rare touch.

lol a man said steak is the healthiest thing you can eat

educate yourself bro

2-3 times a week, grilled with the fat trimmed off.

After grilling it place it in a bowl with papertowel for 5 mins so more fat will drain.

Highly nutritious especially if you're an athlete.

I swear you're that butters skinny latino guy from east ham that sits at yard all day smoking weed and sniffing crack?

you're a pansy brah, go eat your lettuce you rabbit

Dunno how I'd live without eating meat. When I started training 3 years ago I had to force feed myself to have 4-5 meals a day and steak was a major part of my diet. Why I rate guys who train who are vegetarians/vegans. I wouldn't be able to cope with the substitutes.
