Use Organic Raw coconut oil for a lot

Replaces cooking oil, as a spread on bread and adds a great flavor!

Be careful of bottled water, even that isn't as regulated as it should be.

I avoid Evian/Volvic etc best brand I've found is 'Saka' water. Cheapest too (Currently £1 5L in Asda). As well as the fluoride/chlorine issue you should be drinking water with a high PH level. Saka seems to have the highest Ph of commercially available bottled waters.

Ph Levels relate to acids/alakaline

Does anyone have a filter for tap water. I have one in the fridge. Big major difference. But I dont really kno how safe it is post filtering

Got one on the fridge which delivers ice cold filteree water.

Also one under the sink which filters the tap water at room temp, tastes delicious.

Yh man £16 but its kinda offset as u only use a little at a time, once it melts you only truly see how much you are using

In terms of water try out Saka water its cheap and almost as good as the expensive ones (Ph 8.2), compare with say Diddy's Aquahydrate expensive water which is Ph 9

Evian Volvic etc are 7's (Closer to Neutral than Alkaline)
