Fowler might of been an all round better footballer granted but was he a more dangerous player than Owen on the European and International stage? no.

 

 

I remember seeing bits of Owen before his debut at Wimbledon, I've never seen a kid with such raw pace and finishing ability like that, what he did with Liverpool and England Youth he carried straight through to senior level, guy was a prodigy, possibly the only 1 England have ever truly had.

 

Always there for the big matches and big moments, not many footballers will have the memories that Owen has.
