Thanks people.

 

Had a pretty shitty weekend.  Had agonising back pain on Friday, carrying through in to Saturday.  Sunday I got a migraine which has carried over into today.  I'm walking around in a polo neck because whilst it is warm my body is telling me I'm cold so I'm sweating with goosebumps.

 

Heading out later with the missus so hopefully it picks up.
