FAO LEGAL DEPARTMENT

Uncle Man

Recommended Posts

Uncle man was once known for posting child porn and making disturbing threads

Looking to sue this guy for Libel, slander and defamation of character, what kind of ballpark figure reperations do you think i could go for here, bearing in mind i could easily get lynch mobbed for the former and have my work on this forum brought into question by the latter

Can anyone confirm either of these accusations in connection with the Uncle Man username?

it was 2 posts after Yours, and directly related to Your comment. so yes.

although, on behalf of Woodpecker's legal department, also paying me, in the post, he wrote "Uncle man" with a lower case M, unlike the VIP2 user Uncle Man, who has an upper case M for man. If he never used his exact internet pseudonym, it cannot be proven Woodpecker was addressing the plaintiff in the quote provided.

Lmao nothing can be proven anyway, its a fucking internet forum. It can't be proven I wrote that, nevermind how this will affect 'uncle mans' online persona etc

I'm still creasing the guy thought he could sue someone for slander, some random black molester aint suing no-one for slander and gettin paid, for the simple fact you aint got no revenue forr me to affect

What an absolute plumb. However yes uncle man/ convicted child molester

my client is willing to settle out of court if You can provide proof of loss of earnings, or by other means prove the financial cost of this "defamation of character"

alternatively, since You're after a quick payday, can I recommend You sue for £5000 or less, so we can deal with this quickly in the small claims division?

the records will show that You threatened to sue, in the public domain, without first contacting the plaintiff for an out of court settlement.

this is costing my client investment opportunities, as potential investors don't want to invest with pending court cases, and their media coverage, which may be harmful to business reputation.

Lmao Uncle Man the nonce tryna flip it into a joke

This aint no joke bro, ima sue you for threatening to sue

and offer an out of court settlement, which currently stands at £65,000, and admitting via video which we are free to use for profitable and non-profitable causes that Woodpecker never slandered You or defamed Your character.
