Come on guys! Displaying the ability to pay your mortgage has always been required, it's always been the number 1 thing.

My point was being able to do that, and a deposit, you won't get hampered by a slightly tarnished credit file.

Who is best lender for self employed mortgages?

i will have two years accounts but maybe only one so32

Second year compared to the first year is a massive leap in terms of profit made and tax paid is this bad?

looking at flats 180k to 230k

deposit 10-15%

How likely would I be approved and how long is the whole process till getting your keys????

Do you just post these stupid questions in an attempt to show off

why wouldn’t you just ask Siri every question you’ve ever asked on here

‘No, dubs is not real chaps’

unless something’s changed drastically in the last few years then you have zero chance of acquiring a loan with 2 years accounts n this is common knowledge

If you call asking questions showing off then it says a lot about you

if you couldn’t answer properly why didn’t you just not answer?

better yet just put me on ignore

/

of course you can

like I said if you don’t really have any knowledge/experience on the topic you don’t have to answer, question was asked directly to t4sk for a reason

They won't give you a mortgage when they see that 40% of your income goes on a leased merc
