It was 1.2 by the end of the race so the posibilities were endless if he got let go into clean air when he was behind Vettel

I actually preferred this race for some reason than the last, had everything;

 

1. Rosberg with the sky high salt levels

2. Ricciardo with the real

3. Vettel dropping mad bars all over the shop

4. ALonso still keeping in the mix

5. Lewis Winning

Stewards got excited and waved the chequered flag on the start of the final lap. Weren't going to make a major difference to the conculsion apart from probably Alonso and Ricardo.

I saw that but I know they continued driving, didn't think it mattered, but literally just heard that that was officially the end of the race at that point.

 

Imagine if Ricciardo was able to overtake Alonso, just to find out it didn't count.

 

I think there was one overtake right at the end of the race for 17th.

Yep Kobayashi overtook Bianchi. It's has been overturned. Could be huge come the end of the season in terms of deciding who finishes 10th

It's not even a could thing.

Only reliability will stop him. If it weren't for that DNF then he would be leading the championship already.

Time may also tell down the season with Rosberg's feelings.

Think Lew did that to throw Rosberg off his game, as Ros is usually strong round Monaco.

Race is going to be a maaaaaaaadness though...which I could have been in that team debrief. The salt in Lews post Quali interviews was immense!!
