So these are the reasonings for people's inclusion on the 'power' list.
 

On Wednesday 9th July a panel of 1Xtra DJ's featuring, Twin B, Yasmin Evans, Sarah-Jane Crawford, DJ Target and industry experts got together to compile 1Xtra’s Power List’ - The Top 20 Most Important UK Artists In The Scene. There was passion, there was shouting, there was negotiation – the debate was serious.
