You need to go preferences > Interface > untick use caching> tick reload skin > bottom right u should see reload skin, click it > tick back use cach

Have you unticked skin cacheing?
Where did you get the logopack from? Might sound stupid but most logopacks I have seen aren't complete, you have to add all the leagues individually..

I can't remember the one I used for 14, which had all the stadia in the background....basically just browse sortitoutsi for skins and they will have the best ones
