So funny reading on Arsenal-Mania about how our youngers shit on Raheem. Stuff like Gnarbry is twice the player. Fast forward a season they admit hes a good player..... buttttt if Ox had similar playing time he wold be leagues ahead.
I'm glad we've got past the Lennon/SWP comparisons.
He's an incredible talent and despite what most people seem to think, it isn't just because of his physical attributes. He's a very intelligent player with a great understanding of what
various positions require, so much so that it's difficult to say what his best position actually is.
I remember him playing as a full back last season and genuinely looking like he could make that position his own. Everything is set up for him to put a marker down this season, 15-20 goals is well within his reach.
How does he have everything if his shooting/finishing is poor?
Excellent prospect though, hope his progression continues
There isn't a player in any of Europe's top leagues in his position with goal scoring stats considerably better, he's well on course to become a high scoring player.
There's been a marked improvement in his finishing over the past 6 months.
He has the ability to be 2nd tier and right now him, Sturridge and Welbeck should be the front 3. Sterling is frightening and I can't wait to watch him in the Champions League. Had a period where he wasn't on form and got benched but last year came back good. If he has a good couple matches against Madrid and bosses in that group the top teams will watch him next few years he can definitely play for them big teams if Liverpool don't become a force.
Not really fair comparing Ox to him two totally different players.

I remember early last season he had a real crisis of confidence and his game went to shit. But he's come back stronger than ever and is undropable at the moment.
Gotta big up Rodgers for not just sticking him on the wing and helping develop his overall game.
Seeing this guy play on TV and then in real life. The guy is beter than his english peers by miles. Guy has ridiculous confidence on the ball and even though hes small he can hold the ball up well and aint flimsy like walcott and them.
If he continues, and like people said, dont get a serious injury then this guy will keep improving.
Good thing is now liverpool got a bit more depth they got more space for rotation not to tire him .
Lets not get ahead of ourselves. He is very exciting and electrifying and clearly his pace and willingness to attempt to beat a man is great to watch, but I'm concerned that he may stagnate without a certain quality around him to learn from. Just imagine what he was learning from Suarez.

CS if he didn't play for them I would be able to appreciate him so much more.
Lovely little player though, so much potential.

Raheem and Bastian were the stand out players in the world cup
Fuck the flavour of the month.
He needs to carry on this form, and he'll easily make the upper tier.
Unless he gets injured, I believe he will get the young player of the year this season
