Buy a sheet of A4 sticker-paper from a stationary store - create your image in whatever software you have, paint, photoshop, indesign, whatever

Put the sheet inside the printer, most desktops will be able to handle the thickness, print, and cut out

Would that work in a sublimation printer?

Yes, they're generally used for printing on thicker materials than the usual printer paper which is something ike 80gsm
