Got a general dc question
In this scene, deadshot fires at arrow with a machine gun and misses (1:03 onwards). Is this okay and in line with dc rules?

Deadshot doesn't miss unless he wants to. But for the sake of comics remember he's a badguy and Arrows a good guy so the Villians powers won't work against the hero for <Insert theory here>

pretty much their "powers" work when the plot needs them to work, and thats all it is. all the comic marks men miss (deadshot, green arrow,hawkeye,bullseye) when the plot demands they cannot just instantly kill everybody
