Got one

Been using 1/2 green leaves ie spinach, kale, spring greens

1/2 fruit, anything I feel like or have really

Then some water

Just drink it on the way to work

Doesn't taste amazing but stuffs deffo happening inside my body right now

Not sure I could stomach that you know

 

 

The first time you have it you'll be slightly ^_)  as the taste can be a bit weird. But I actually love the kale and spinach blends with some fruit.

Seen quite a few of them infomercials with an english guy, probably the same don. 

 

Maybe they think it adds a touch of class or some bullshit.

I dont drink milk

 

Was just trying different things that I had in the fridge

 

Nothing wrong with the half green leaves half fruit, some taste pretty nice tbh

 

Its not a smoothie for me its a way of getting some vitamins, minerals and extra iron and co into my diet without eating the foods which I tend to neglect that contain them
