I'm sure there is a low percentage that do have a better quality of life but same can be said for many nations when it comes to the rich

I mean say, if you take the top 5-10% earners in either the US or the UK, I imagine they'd be living more nicely than the top 5-10% earners in those top 5 countries (Switzerland to Sweden).

When they make these quality of life indexes one would assume they cut out the top and bottom percentiles as to not distort the results.
