Im drinking Matcha ATM. Its green tea but its powdered so you actually ingest the tea. 1 Cup is supposedly equal to 10-15 cups of regular bagged green tea.

Going to cop that today Faze

Make a note of the quality, there is different grades. Ceremonial is the best.

I copped this first http://www.mightymatcha.com/  and it does taste nicer and more refined. If you go on there facebook theres normally codes floating about

but i copped this one of amazon and its not that much different just doesnt taste as good, and probably isnt as fine  http://www.amazon.co.uk/Ceremonial-Grade-Matcha-Green-Powder/dp/B00PKJ1VCM/ref=sr_1_11?ie=UTF8&qid=1435573922&sr=8-11&keywords=matcha

Mad mad mad, was coming in to talk about Bissy tea and you mention Moringa.

Brought a few seeds back from yard, crazy things. Makes water taste sweet - also has some crazy water purifying properties, Google it.

Bissy is the one. Boil up cinammon leaves until the water is brown, put a few teaspoons of Bissy in and let it boil until the tea looks red. Drink with milk or without, sweeten it obviously.

Affs - I'm on about kola nut tea.

/

Rooibos is nice with milk.

Do any of these actually have a nice taste though?

I'm all for a Masala Chai but that's not exactly healthy
