Has anybody on here ever had a colonic irrigation,if so did it work

 

also has anyone tried the charcoal detox ,I would really like to try this

Once when i was bleeding from my stools, i had to have a 'minor' (they say) operation where they stick a camera up my rear end and look around to see the nature of the problem

 

Beforehand, 24 hours i had to fast (i have maximum respect for you muslims and anyone else that does it on a different level)

 

They sent me a solution that i had to mix with water

 

It tasted like shit, sweet, a sickly sweet that i hated and i had to drink 2 litres of it in 2 hours twice

 

Ir washed me out so that my insides were empty so they could have clear view in the operation. 

 

I will find out the name it is cheaper and easier alternative to colonic

Yeah they said i had a Fisher (small tear).

 

Told me to eat more fibre, drink more water.

 

 

Yeah it was a colonoscopy thats the name.

 

In all truth, yeah don't drink that solution its nasty as fuck.

 

But it worked

 

Emptied me !!

dieters tea..usually found in chinese shops, its also worth going into chinese shops or pharmacies to ask for the kind of 'after tea' effect you want so they can recommend a type of tea.

as for dieters tea.. its a laxative as well so not worth taking for general use.

So I tried this Matcha. Doesn't taste different to Green tea.

While I was in Egypt, I had stomach ache. They gave me this herb. I don't know the English name. But it was produced NiaNia (sp). its a leaf. It has a mint taste to it. You drop it in hot water and sip away.It took effect within 10mins. I felt like purged and light after. it worked wonders.

Cant seem t find it over here. I have been trying a google search no luck.
