So despite the range of excess & premium payments, you do know its the same company that deal with bank mobile phone insurance?

Actually the same company that deals with barclays,lloyds and halifax phone insurance also does vodafone and protect your bubble too.

Phone insurance is only good when you lose your phone, imagine getting a new phone damaged, then replacing it with a refurbished version..

Smashed my phone screen twice within 12 months (maximum claims allowed) and they fixed it both times and I had it back within the week.

Now I try to take care of my phone more, and the screen on my current one is plastic which seems to be more durable to shatters

Lol I don't think lifestyle  fixes these issues on phones. They probably just swap it. 

Dropped my s6 a couple days ago.  Screen cracked. All fixed now. Swift service

Just noticed that the back cover as been replaced, which now displays a serial. Serial matches the software and all.

Battery life as improved significantly.

With Lifestyle insurance. You can. Might have to wait 24hrs though after applying.

 Plus, your phone needs to be functioning at least. In some scenarios they check with the network the last time you used it .

Im in the same situation had insurance when the phone came out cancelled it about a two months ago with ee. Yesterday i smashed my screen and called them straight away to start covering me again...any advise on when i should call up and claim? The guy on the phone said i can claim straight away once my cover starts but think it might be bait if i call them today.
