Was having a brief discussion with my bredrin over this after seeing numerous Facebook statuses with people on various sides of the fence and my position has slightly changed.

 

I do think, shortsightedly, we, are focusing on the girls in question and shouldn't be.

 

Forget their personality, the good points, bad points etc, weather they would have gone in regardless or not

 

Its not about the 4 girls. An incident has happened to them, not their fault, they are victims, but its for the wider community to back them up, because 1, they could be anyone of us, and 2 it is a systematic response to and against us, whilst they continue to profit from various aspects of our culture without a care for us, and disrespecting our women and men at the same time without a care. 

 

What the club done, and many clubs do is a fuckery. 

 

And if this was such an isolated incident then so be it and we could deal with it as such

 

If said racist club doesnt want blacks in their establishment then only the begs who look up to whites would still frequent these places

 

All of us have said dont go anymore and we wouldnt go anywhere which we openly knew was racist.

 

But what then, go to alternatives? black owned ones where we dont face this discrimination?

Govt, police, authorites do their best in bait, and now ninja ways to shut our events down. most black owned clubs dont last long, get shut down, with bogus reasons, or have licenses revoked for the fakest and most bogus reasons, all because they are black and cater to black crowds

 

Most of us dont even like these ('white' west end, pretentious) places, and would rather rave with our own (culturally, or racially), whomever our own is. But these get shut down, so where are we supposed to go?

 

I initially said, find a black club owner and go there, but we all know they face all the problems ive just listed. 

 

The girls in question might not be able to articulate all of these wider issues or may not be thinking about them, but we shouldnt be so quick to judge them, and fall for the tricks of the deamons. Those that know the wider issues we should support the essence of the whats going on, and identify what it is, 

 

That us as black people face fuckeries all around the globe, where being black is to basically be a criminal. 

 

Same bredrin just come back from Canada for a work job. He had a bit of spare time, and he is quite conscious of his surroundings and how he as a blackman is viewed by all types in society. He mentioned that when he went to the clubs we was shocked to know that everyone wear caps inside them, cos caps/snapbacks/new eras etc to them is a sports thing, not a black thing. So he's thinking, cool, i get a bit of restbite out here at least in this environment.

 

22S HE gets told that he as a black man has to bend the peak of that hat, cos whites out there have it bent and blacks have it straight overwise its problems and he cant stay in the club. wtf
