Very. If a team of 11 players can't maintain over a season (hence why the invincibles get the acclaim they do) why would 1 man.

They peak, they get injured, their team-mates carry them.

Overhaul depends on players available, as I do think he will give a lot of players a year. Would be fairly shocked if he added more than 4 players tbh.

Would be silly for City to get rid of him. When fit hes one of the best strikers out there behind Suarez. Would be pointless replacing him with someone like Lewa or PEA as they will take time to adjust etc.

As an Arsenal fan im not complaining if this is true however.
