Recommend some music to get into

Recommended Posts

Made a list for someone just earlier and realised I could really do with some recommendations to be given to me. Of any genre really, just good music that you may have missed if you're not looking for it

Here's my list, generally soulful/funky/jazzy music but people who are coming out with new/fresh music - some bait, some not so

DJs:

  • Gilles Peterson
  • Lefto

Artists

  • Michael Kiwanuka
  • Moses Boyd
  • Gregory Porter
  • Moonchild
  • Haitus Kaiyote
  • Joe Tatton Trio
  • Corrine Bailey Rae
  • Kaytranada
  • Anderson Paak
  • D'Angelo
  • Fatima
  • Erykah Badu

You guys post recommendations too, any genre

Some left-field jazz funk lo-fi sh*t I sincerely love from Cleo McNett... I'm just discovering these videos on YouTube, some old school graphics lmao. These harmonies >>>>> So ethereal. I wanted to post a song called My Love but the YouTube quality is a bit lax so I'll just up the LP Music To Guide You for any wanderers: https://www.mediafire.com/?fqwirs8qnpa3aiq
