when going into the city to park you are driving around.... you and 100 over people looking for parking

 

this in turn has been caused because of the congestion charge/parking permits

 

if there were no pay parkings/congestion chrge, and people could park wherever they wanted to (obviously not blocking garages etc) there would be a smooth transition of people moving around in their cars
