What happened to innocent til proven guilty? peeps are being killed on regular stop and searches. And certain types of folks are not even given a chance to go court and face judgement from the system etc. Just executed there and then. Or beaten up to within inch of life for minor crimes which have yet to be processed and tried in a court of law. 

Dylan Roof calmly executed many people and on arrest they didn't judge on the spot or beat down. But took him to a fast food place to eat and carefully took him in and let him face judgement from the court system.  

Police are supposed to be law enforcement, not judge juror and executor. Unless someone is waving a gun in their face, which rarely is the case. (unless you white, but most time they try to negotiate with them for a peaceful arrest) anyone else is shot or beaten justified with "I feared for my safety" meanwhile the "suspect still not proven guilty" can't say shit they dead or in a coma.
