Just watched this as been thinking about going vegan for a while. Or at least trialling it.

I just always think though, the same way the docu claims we are influenced into thinking animal products are ok and how the industry is funding the health organisations...

...are the 'whole foods' type companies or PETA type organisations funding thia sort of documentary?

think cutting out Poultry/Meat was the best decision I made for a while. Don't regret it. Was difficult but definitely worthwhile

I have started gradually. Red meat out first.
