FOS didn’t get involved though tbf timescale is far to quick for them to even look at it bank prob just wanted the complaint closed so it doesn’t get classed as a complaint in their stats

And she is an interrupter full stop. First time she did it to me i was sayin goodbye to her manager (a woman who i also get on very well with who was leaving for good). Interrupted with complete irrelevance
