Green banana porridge

2 green banana, water, couple tablespoons of cornmeal, pimento cinnamon nutmeg vanilla pinch of salt and creamed coconut. Boil it all together turn down to low heat an stir constantly for 10 mins. Put some crushed cashews on that an brown sugar. ?

almond milk or similar, find a brand of your choice but avoid the long life one

not a vegan and I can go through about a litre of (unsweetened) almond milk a day

definitely an acquired taste, but once you start it becomes hard to stop

could never add it to tea/porridge or anything like that though

makes it taste like dogshit

lol sounds like it maybe live....what kinda measurements

You don't want it stodgy. Consistency like u can slurp it off ur spoon. Try start with a average size mug of apple juice and half that mug with oats. Increase from there

I don't add sugar either

Oreo's do not contain any animal product ingredients, so they ARE vegan friendly in that sense.

However, their different production lines are not isolated or separated, so technically, they POSSIBLY could have trace amounts of milk that was used in other products (like milk chocolate) in the same room.

I wish I could become vegan but I like chicken, eggs and cheese too much.

Only thing I can cut off completely is red meat, only have it about once a month.

Most of my meals are veg based anyway with a bit of meat.

What's a typical week like for u dinner wise?

This doc reallly had a massive impact on me.like it made me feel a sense of urgency about all this. 70% of land devoted to agriculture is used for the meat industry. 1/3 of the land mass. This is for the animals to feed the animals the water. This doc really talks about the impact the meat has on the water ways in America. Its disgusting
