Well china has now banned hip hop culture.

This is why i rate china man. They are number 1 for a reason. They know that if they allow such a vulgar disgusting culture to infiltrate their society it will cause nothing havoc and lead to brainwashing.

They should do that over here. Ban all the drill music and trap music and keep just conscious music ? obv never happen in this laissez fair country 

but seriously tho don’t people see a correlation between the drill artists and the increase in shit like kids carrying big fuck off Rambo knives and generally ‘the roads’ becoming much more normalised

Before drill it was grime, before that it was gangster hip hop. At one point in time rock & roll and before that jazz were accused of promoting delinquent behaviour.

How is it a tired argument when its the truth. You can go on all you like about the same thing being said about previous genres but It still continues the cycle of destruction. Just because shit happened in the past doesnt mean we cant do better.

Reducing violence/destruction/or any other societal ills is much more nuanced than simply banning forms of entertainment.

I’d imagine a fanatical guy who is intent on blowing himself up is probably the type that sees all music , except the Adan obv, as haram. Arabs And Muslims in general, when they commit fuckeries in the name of religion, are clearly influenced by their own literal reading of the Koran or mental illness. Anyone that disagrees is an idiot. 

Psychologists and plenty of other profesions will tell you the negative affects of listening to such ignorant and violent lyrics has on the human brain and how powerful images can be but people just want to act brand new like they have no sense. Even certain religions will tell you that music is bad and im not a fan of religion.

Theres a big reason why in the mid to late 00s we started seeing bloods,crips and pirus on the streets of london even though none of those dust mites ever stepped foot in compton in their life.

10 years late its the same continous cycle of ignorance.
