Southgate has always been a pragmatist tbh, always liked the dude.

He has them well drilled and organised and the change to 3 at the back was a masterstroke.

He's probably the first manager since maybe Venebles that has them enjoying the experience and playing without fear. 

Draw has been kind but we've had better players go out to worse teams.
