in Ghana  and im sure in most west aff countried 

drink driving is standard procedure 

there are not speed caameras no breatlysers 

you head aout the club at 6am and speed down doing 80-90 on the dusty roads when you were prob backing bottles of henny miutes before 

its mad 

road accidents in GH are comon place
