    I used to go Power League Gym in Catford.. I even see Nicky S down there once but I think he was playing football.Still the gym in Catford is good for what You payã24 a monthtreadmills, rowing machines, cycles, dance classes, fitness classes, shadow boxing, press bench, normal weights, that big blue ball thing + loads more..all inclusive of the priceits good there stillI only left cause when I joined it was ã18 a month then after it started doing good they bought it up to ã24 so I left on principles.its a good gym though, loads of free parking.Big up Coach Wayne still, Showerman.
    ã24 a month? thats good but that isnt only off peak is it?wheres catford is it far from me*googles*
    you can go there when ever you want.. its swipe in system.you would like it therei can tellwhere u at?

    Ive never had a problem with multiculturalism as Ive grown up in West Croydon an its quite multicultural still, I see it as a good thing cos it broadens peoples minds and whatnot to other cultures an sh*t....
    yeah like I would never of tried Jerk chicken unless I lived in a multicuteral society

    yea the polish annoy me especially when your on a bus and they are conversating on the phone in their language.
    I dnt mind it when theyre quiet, but why is it most europeans always tlk sooo loud over the phone and sooo fast?
    I swear your talking about Africans/Jammos?Its like you are on a bus and all you can hear is "YEAHHHHHHHHH STAR, BAD TINGS A'GWARN.. DID YOU SEE WHAT HAPPENED ON T.V" reh reh reh rehExpecially the womensooo loud.

    yeah he arranged to meet in camden by the chicken shop or suminsed he was guna do me a bbq
    he wanted to produce a song for me.. he said he would meet me at a park bench and he will leave the cd under the bench in an envelope.

    Grove Park - my areas quite deadout. Very small but main areas are like 10min bus away.Pure skoolkids, mainly black hanging round the chicken n chip shop, spittin bones on the floor. My area needs some serious help.
    I used to live on Baring road. the flats right next to the salvation army.
    I live on a road of Baring Road. Dont think u'd kno it.Im always walkin down Baring road to go to Grove Park st. So Long. i end up goin on the 261.
    261.. is that the blue bus that goes Lewisham?Long time since I lived there about 7 years ago probs..is the esso garage still there next to the bus station?
    Yer the blue and yellow bus goes from Lewisham to Lockbottom now. Most of them are now red busses.And it aint esso no more. Its Tesco Express, one of them small Tescos with a petrol station.Nuttin aint changed bout grove park. Jus the petrol station and they changed the lettering on the station. Most of the letters were fallin off. LOL
