  1. I use it, it's good going before work and is generally empty. You can squat and deadlift in peace.

I generally don't like the multi coloured weight aesthetically, and I swear they feel lighter than typical  metal plates, but that might just be me.

Peak time after work is crowded, but even then you're not waiting as there is so much sh*t. Even if what you want to do is busy, you can always do an alternative with something else.

Only sh*t thing is on weekends, I have to trek all the way to central to use the gym.

What time do you go? proper early like 7am?

I think the whole plastic weights vs metal weights is a psychological thing. you see the plastic weights and your automatically tells you that tis lighter

agree with the no waiting, especially of you love chest. f*cking place has around 40 benches

Yeah, 7am. Workout, shower then hit work. Niiiiiiice.

    Definitely in my mind, lol

  2. Just another fad imo, just remember the best bodybuilders/fitness models out there ate clean most of the times, course they had cheat meals but they didn't go around bragging about iifym and shoving down flexible dieting on everyone's throats.

I think it's here to stay as it all comes down to science and how your body processes macro nutrients. Where people go wrong is they hit their macros, eat shit for the rest of their calories completely forgetting all the micronutrients that comes from the typical clean eating. There has to be a balance, and it goes back to "everything in moderation".

However, I say "do whatever works for you". If your method gets you results, stick to it

  3. I do IIFYM, couldn't do without it tbh (if I'm cutting/bulking). Roughly hit my proteins, then fats and make sure I never go over my calorie goal for the day.

I eat clean, so it's not like I eat shit when I have excess remaining calories for the day. But if I wanted to have ice cream/cake/whatever, I can make it work and will still hit whatever goal I've set.

It's also easier to predicate progress in terms of weight loss/gain. Some people find it long logging what you eat, but I have OCD so I enjoy it and the data you can create from it.

Bro eating is boring and too strict for me; IIFYM allows me to socially eat again. No more declining going to restaurants as it'll break my rice/broc/chicken meal plan, lol.

  5. If your website generates lots of traffic and your serious speak to me I work for one of the top digital companies in the UK. We offer Tablet, in-app, mobile, display and video solutions. Primarily remnant inventory but if you go exclusive you get better rates.

CPMs for video start at like £5 but the bigger clients get upwards of £14. Display we go in at £0.40CPM

Im not familiar with all this stuff, so are u saying ur company offers a service similar to google adsense but with better returns?

Indeed, but only for premium websites with a decent amount of traffic going through them. Depending on the category of site you have there is money to be made from Advertising.

I sign off invoices for beyond £110k monthly for some of the bigger sites, its crazy.

  6. They're turning the Conference room into a Rave like last year, which was mad plush and sick but the DJ had no Funky house or Dubstep which is what we wanted to hear last year.

All of the European offices are coming, my mate who's the facilities manager told me that the MD's PA told him to check the insurance policies are up to date because the French office is coming and they simply lovvve Cocaine

  7. E15, if i were you, id buy the CD with both parts of the test on it, and spend a couple hrs every night until your test.In my experience, revise the Hazard test hard because thats the part that baffled me stupidly as i didnt know when to click at the right time (Sometimes i clicked too early)You can just about get away with not knowing much abt the Multiple choice.BTW: Whats the minumum tread depth on tyres??
Yeah, i done this. Took the practice tests every night like 3 nights before and boom bamm, i passed. Although that was when the test was 35 questions, 50 seems long.I found hazard perception easy, you get about 9 clicks before you fail so you can't really go wrong. Plus its bait whats gonna happen anyway.
