  1. yeh, i read on one forum (link of google) that they are competency based interviews...the best way to answer is using...S - situation - what happened, what was the problem?T - task - what did you need to do?A - action - what did you do?R - result - what was the outcome of the action you took? What did you learn? What would you do differently?safe 4 the info
Yes, make sure you ALWAYS refer everything to YOU. how YOU did what YOU did, Why YOU did it, how YOUR actions affected the outcome. You can bring notes into the interview aswell.
yeh, one girl told me the interview is only like 20mins long, she works at the jobcentre signing ppl on. is this true?
Done the interview about 2 months back......start working for the DWP next week. The interview is very basic. They will ask u questions about how u have dealt with certain scenario's in ur past jobs. Mine one lasted 15mins
Mine was about 20mins.Which one you workingin? They wake long 2 get people started. People been telling me they are on waiting lists for 3months plus.
Gonna be working in Kilburn. 20 minute walk from where I live.Yeh i know a few peeps on the waiting list. Glad I didn't get put on that. The longest part is sorting ur CRB clearance. Takes about a month.

  3. If u wanna work for the Listening Company ur best shot is going thru NL Recruitment agency they deal with TLC. Worked there temporarily......the place is a complete joke.
why, whats wrong with them?yeah there were a couple of people from that agency there today, tbh i'm in it for the money and sittin at home is doing my nut in.
They are a complete joke in terms of sorting out ur pay, time off etc......I knew 6 peeps who didn't get paid for the first 3 weeks (theyre supposed to pay weekly) Management are clueless....like headless chickens. Half the time they don't know what they're doing. There are some campaigns that are alright......Which campaign u going for?
did they apply direct? I went through the reed agency so hopefully it's a bit more organised! im doing the sky/espn campaign.
my cousin just got this oneapparently theyre employing like 190 people for this (maybe he lied)you lot should apply
Nah he's not lying....that place is like a revolving door there are loads of people that quit within the first few days/weeks. They just opened up a new office in Richmond....they've been hiring loads of heads. If ur not working and need money asap Tlc is not a bad option.

Yeh 2 were direct....the others were via agencies. Reed will be the ones actually sorting ur pay. They will sign u up to an umbrella company that sort ur payment. Sky/Espn? I have not personally worked on that campaign but apparently they treat people on that campaign like children. I worked on the Orange campaign and that was alright (theyr'e making good money on that campaign now)......if u get the chance try to go on to the Barclaycard campaign its supposed be the best one now.
