    Did some work with Speed camera partnership in my area for uni. ACPO (association of Chief Police Officers) dictate that you only get prosecuted if you are over 10% + 2. I.e. in a 30, it is 35. This is why you never see a letter of prosecution for doing 31 in a 30.One in six cameras in Kent have film (even though they flash), not sure bout other areas tho. I got flashed by red light in Croydon but never got a letter. Bottom line is you either have to be speedind like a c*nt and deserve it or extremely unlucky to get points.

    Depends what age the car your lookin at.If its like 2003 onwards you only really need the basic checks PROVIDIN the you have all the MOT's/Services which dont suggest anything major. Make sure the place/person you buy from seems kosher, nice middleage ppl in a middle class area is usually a good sign. I personally would never buy from a dealership, waste of money

    Argh thats some fcckery. I used to think them little cameras at the top traffic lights are anything... cos I skipped bare lgihts in the past.LESSON LEARNT.
    Its 3 points and a fine.The cameras on top of the actual lights box arent the ones that clocked you, the red light cameras are seperate boxes on the pavement that look like mini grey gatso's.If you dont tell your insurance company you will prob get away with it (and pay a lesser premium) but if you try claim 4 anythin they WILL find out, not pay you, and it will go against you when you try to get insurance again. points last 5 years

    Newspapers expose bare celebs this way, but if you hear about it or not depends on how good their publicist is. Man like Max Clifford as stopped many a sordid tale about your everyday wholesome celebs comin out. WHO you know >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
