  1. 26yrs old 165lbs 5 foot 9. I have just been doing cardio for football. I want to start bulking now for next summer. I tend to eat really well anyway. But I need to know like the right amount of calories and protein to take in and all that stuff.

  2. How many times a week should I be looking to lift? I know rest is as important as work. How much protein do I need to be taking on per day? How do I work out the calories I need to be consuming to fuel the muscle fibre repair.Advice pl.
