u wash ur face once a month?best bet would be at least monthly facial....or a rutien of clense, exfoliate and tone, then face cream.if you have a spot you should use a cleanser 1st then you should extract the puss or the puss may become infect....usualy when men have spots it is in conjunction with ingrowing hairs...so you need to remove the ingrowing hair, or you will defo get an infection. best tip is an antiseptic or just boiling water with salt! use a cotton budd to dab it on the spot. failing this a good after care as mentioned before is tea tree or witch hazel-id recomend witch hazel as it hekps 2 dry it out. -
oh yeah you need 2 be aware of your skin type! because depending on that you should get the correct skin care range...whats good for your friend/family isnt always the best for you.imo dermologica is the best skin care range- does wonders for your skin!and clean and clear is terrible for your skin...its full of chemicals...the best thing for you skin is to stay as close to nature as possible and us natural products....you can tell by the smell of that clean and clear stuff its no good!

im on a first name basis with my partners family and its the same for him with mine.me and my partners mum are cool, same with him and my family....couldnt let him meet daddy tho untill we had been together for a year! dont have no randoms meet him like say theer special! they need 2 pass the test of time and that. but as for mum, they need 2 meet her sooner because she runs the house hold and you need 2 meet her and say hi when you come in and outa the house...plus she the person that feeds ya when your there so lol!
